Friday’s speaker is Dr. Nancy Tennant, Corporate Vice President for Leadership and Strategic Competencies for the Michigan - based Whirlpool Corp. Dr. Tennant, who is responsible for creating and implementing enterprise strategies, was named one of the 25 innovation champions in the world by Business Week magazine. She was instrumental in effecting major innovations at Whirlpool, resulting in what has been called one of the largest change efforts in corporate history.
