Cancellation Policy - If a paid registrant cannot attend the conference, a substitute delegate may take his/her place at no additional charge if NASPL Headquarters is notified. The substitute delegate must submit a completed registration form. 

In the event a paid registrant is unable to attend or provide a substitute delegate, a full refund of the registration fee will be made only if NASPL Headquarters receives a written cancellation no later than September 15, 2010. Registrants canceling after that date will not receive a refund.
